How to Use the Booking System
Account registration is required to book a studio. If you have not registered an account, please do so first. After logging in, please click the "Booking" menu to make a studio reservation. The images on this page are primarily for computers, but the method is the same for smartphones. Please click "Booking" from the menu on the top right.

1. From the reservation calendar, select the usage duration → usage date → usage time, then click "Next".

2. Select the "Number of users" and "Purpose of use". If you are a parent bringing children, please check the appropriate box. If you are a first-time user or if the instrument you will be using is different from the usual, please enter the number of instruments for each person. Finally, click "Book".

3. The cart page will be displayed. Please check the contents. If you wish to continue making reservations, click "Continue Booking" and repeat steps 1-2. To remove an item, click the delete button for the corresponding reservation. In the remarks field, please enter any necessary information regarding receipts or detailed statements. Please ensure the quantity remains at 1, as otherwise an error will occur. Do not click the electronic payment button here, as it is not used at this stage. If you wish to confirm the reservation with the current cart contents, click the "Confirm Reservation" button.

Note 1
If you want to book separate time slots on the same day or book multiple days at once, do not click the "Confirm Reservation" button described next, but instead click the "Continue Booking" button. Since each booking will appear as a separate reservation on the booking history page, even if you book them together, cancellations can be made individually.
Note 2
The time will be displayed in the bottom bar. Until the displayed time, bookings in your cart are temporarily confirmed, and other customers cannot book them. After the time limit, your cart will become empty, the temporary confirmation will disappear, and other customers will be able to book. Please proceed while checking the remaining time indicated by the clock icon. The time limit is 30 minutes.
4. The billing address input page will be displayed. If you have not set up your address in your account, please enter your credit card billing address or home address. If your address is already set, it will be automatically displayed from the drop-down list. Once you have finished entering the information, click the "Complete" button.


5. The screen below, saying "Thank you, (Customer's Name)," will be displayed.

7. If the reservation is completed successfully, a reservation confirmation email like the one below will be sent. If you do not receive the email, please check your email reception settings for emails from t-murata@mirai-music-studio.com. Please also check your spam folder, as it may have been classified there. Even if the email is not sent, if your reservation details are displayed in your reservation history, the reservation is complete. It may take some time for the reservation history to be displayed.
