Q: I would like to change my email address.
A: To change your email address, please send your new email address via the inquiry form, LINE, or directly to the administrator. You cannot change it yourself. Billing is based on email addresses. If you change your email address in the middle of the month, you will be billed for both the old and new addresses. For this reason, we ask that you change it from the beginning of the month, but please understand if you absolutely need to change it in the middle of the month. In particular, bank transfer fees will double. Please note that we cannot process combined payments, so please be very careful when changing your email address.

Q: I would like to change my password.
A: You can change your password yourself. If you are logged in, log out, click the person icon → click "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen to go to the password reset screen. Please enter your email address and reset your password using the email that is sent back to you.
