How to check and cancel your reservations

You can check and cancel your reservations from the account page, which is the person icon in the top menu. The images on this page are based on a computer, but the method is the same for smartphones. Click the person icon in the top menu.

1. Your reservation history will be displayed on the account page. Click the application number from when you made the reservation to view the details. If you reserved multiple dates with one application, they will be displayed together under one application number. Monthly payment history will also be displayed.

2. To check your reservation history, click "Reservation History List." Only your reservation history will be displayed in a list. If you wish to cancel, click the cancel button. After clicking the cancel button, a message stating "We have sent you a cancellation confirmation email. The cancellation is complete once you receive the email." will appear below YOUR RESERVATION. The cancellation is complete once you receive the cancellation confirmation email. If nothing appears below YOUR RESERVATION, or if you do not receive the cancellation confirmation email, the cancellation is not complete, so please try the cancellation process again. Also, if your reservation history is not displayed, please contact us. After canceling, be sure to refresh the page to confirm the reservation date and time and the cancellation.




Note 1
After canceling, please refresh the page to confirm your reservation. The information below "We have sent you a cancellation confirmation email. The cancellation is complete once you receive the email." may be outdated or incorrect.

Note 2
The reservation history list page will be deleted after the usage time has passed. If you wish to save or need to confirm your history, please take a screenshot of the page and save it before the usage time begins. Please contact us if you would like us to display your usage details.

Note 3
On computers, the "Cancel" button is color-coded to distinguish between cancellable and non-cancellable reservations. However, on smartphones, both may appear in the same color, so please confirm the date and time before clicking the "Cancel" button. Reservations for which the "Cancel" button cannot be clicked cannot be canceled.

Note 4
The time display on the reservation history list page uses AM/PM notation, not 24-hour notation. Please confirm to avoid any mistakes.
