[New Customers]

1. A billing email will be sent on the day following your first studio usage date.
2. Once you receive the billing email, please complete the payment on the same day according to the instructions in the email.

(Note)
For new customers, payment is due on the day following the first studio usage date for a period of one month.

[Customers with a previously suspended account]

1. A billing email will be sent on the day following your studio usage date.
2. Once you receive the billing email, please complete the payment on the same day according to the instructions in the email.

(Note)
For customers who have had their account suspended, payment is due on the day following the studio usage date.

[Regular Customers]

1. A billing email will be sent in the month following your studio usage date.
2. Once you receive the billing email, please make the payment and deposit by the 5th, according to the instructions in the email.

(Note)
For regular customers, payment for all studio usage within a month is due in the following month.

[Payment Method]

1. Click the link in the email body, and when the next page appears, click the "Pay" button.

・It is possible to make a payment before receiving the billing email, but please note that if you use the studio again within the remaining month after payment, you will need to make another payment for the remaining usage.

・For bank transfers, please make the deposit yourself. Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

・To check your current usage fees, please click the link to the fee guide page provided in the billing email. Updates are generally made on the day following your studio usage date, but may be delayed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
