Notice Regarding Changes to Payment Due Dates and Cleaning Fees Effective April 1, 2026

Thank you for using Mirai Music Studio. We regret to inform you that, starting with bills issued on April 1, 2026 (for usage fees in March), we will be changing our payment deadlines and cleaning fee policy as described below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Current】
・Bank Transfer Customers: Payment deadline on the 15th
・Customers using methods other than bank transfer: Payment deadline on the 10th
・New Customers / Customers with suspended accounts: Payment deadline on the next business day

【Effective April 1, 2026】
・Bank Transfer Customers: Payment deadline on the 5th
・Customers using methods other than bank transfer: Payment deadline on the 5th
・New Customers / Customers with suspended accounts: Payment deadline on the next business day

■ Notice Regarding Cleaning Fees
────────────────────

Starting this year, if a customer entering the studio after your usage requests cleaning of the studio or restroom, we may, depending on the situation, charge a cleaning fee of 3,000 yen or more to the customer who made the most recent reservation.

In particular, we will charge a cleaning fee to the customer who made the reservation in the following cases:

・Significant soiling from food and drinks
・Soiling of the studio from using outdoor shoes
・Significant soiling from vomit
・Significant soiling from waste, etc.

Furthermore, please ensure that all equipment used is returned to its original position. Please note that cleaning may not be immediately available.
